My name is Gareth Jones, and good pal and long-time XK owner – John James – has asked me to advertise some of his collection for him, since he is regrettably very unwell. An example is a specially commissioned blazer badge. Monies generated from the sale will be shared with chosen charities. Please submit offers to Gareth on weymannman@me.com. All items can be posted at cost.

Original XK 140 DHC steering wheel complete with horn push etc. Hardly used and generally as new.
Early and collectable XK umbrella with former patron Sir Stirling Moss’s XK registration HKV 455. John cannot recall using it.
Early XK Club ties. 100% silk. One BRG. One yellow. Lovely condition.
Soft leather holdall. Purchased through the club, and hardly used.
XK polo shirt size XL hardly used, and 2 x XK 60th anniversary T-shirts size L - brand new and still in cellophane.
Blazer badge, believed unique, commissioned solely for John. It was hand-made/embroidered by a retired specialist embroiderer who worked for one of the companies who make the regalia for the Royal Household, the British Military, and the Church of England. The threads are real silver and gold, and it is truly a work of art. Still in its original tissue paper. Measures 105 x 95mm. See photo.
2 x silver plate hip flasks. Both awarded to John on separate occasions - for favourite XK, and greatest annual mileage. 2000 and 2001. Never used.
