John Egan - Saving Jaguar
This book tells the story of how John Egan gradually overcame the odds and, piece by piece, rebuilt this great company, winning over the workforce, the overseas dealers and, most important of all, the customers. Working with Margaret Thatcher and her Government, Egan and his team of managers overcame every obstacle, every set-back, every challenge. It is an amazing story that will appeal equally to car enthusiasts, those in business and readers interested in social history.

The Iconic Jaguar XK – A Celebration of 120s, 140s & 150s
"Between these covers, we have tried to present a very varied mix of features based around 120s, 140s and 150s, not forgetting the C-types and D-types which the factory always termed the XK 120C and XK 120D (or occasionally XK 140D). A few of the articles are reprinted from the early issues of the XK Gazette, the XK Club magazine, but are now in colour (not practical 16 years ago), expanded, redesigned and, mainly, updated.
Let’s not be bashful: XKs are great cars. They achieved so much in the period, and continue to achieve so much – witness the three XK Adventurers who have written up their amazing exploits here. Could there be a better advertisement for a classic sports car, a better testimonial to their greatness?
I hope very much you will enjoy the many varied features that make up this sheer unadulterated, unambiguous, pure celebration of the XKs that is no mere flirtation but a full-blooded love affair with our stimulating, rewarding and beguiling mistresses!” Philip Porter

Martin Brundle Scrapbook by Martin Brundle & Philip Porter
Considered by many in F1 to be the top motor racing broadcaster in the world, Brundle had 11 years in Grand Prix racing. He was the 1988 World Sportscar Champion with Jaguar and the most successful Jaguar driver ever, winning at Le Mans, Daytona, Spa and Monza, where he finished first and second in the same race!
In F1 he drove for Tyrrell, Zakspeed, Brabham, Williams, Benetton, Ligier, McLaren and Jordan. His team mates included Michael Schumacher and Mika Hakkinen, both of whom he beat on occasion. His first arch rival, though, had been Ayrton Senna and Martin describes in great detail their epic battles for the Formula 3 Championship in ’83, which Senna won by a single point at the very last race.
Contributors include: Murray Walker, David Coulthard, Sir Jackie Stewart, Ross Brawn, Sir Stirling Moss, Jenson Button, Adrian Newey, Mark Webber, Lord March, Johnny Herbert, Derek Warwick, Win Percy, Jonathan Palmer, Barrie ‘Whizzo’ Williams, Rubens Barrichello, Martin Whitmarsh, Mark Blundell, Eddie Jordan, David Croft, Henry Pearman, James Allen and John Coombs.
