Meet at The Salwey Arms at Woofferton near Ludlow for a scenic drive through picture-perfect Herefordshire.
Aiming to finish mid-afternoon to enable some down-time before dinner.
Coffee, lunch and route book included.

Reconvene at the Salwey Arms for the Club Dinner in a private dining room. A delicious three-course dinner including coffee and wine.
Meet in the bar at 7pm for dinner at 7.30pm.

Sunday 20 July – Club Day at Classic Nostalgia
‘Celebrating the glory days of motorsport’ with great cars and famous faces
This is a firm favourite on the historic motorsport calendar. Join us at Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb – the oldest motorsport venue in the world still to run events on the original course.
Nestled in the gorgeous Teme Valley, this is the place to be on a summer Sunday. We have arranged a Club parking area and a lovely picnic lunch. Dietary options will be available.
Presentation of Club Trophies mid-afternoon.
The day’s activities include: spectacular hill climb racing; Classic & Sports Car Concours; pole position for Club parking; Exhibition of Speed; demonstration runs; quality trade stands selling everything from accessories to motoring books, models art and memorabilia; vintage fashion competition for the best and most authentic vintage outfit; non-stop entertainment; main stage interviews; live bands and much more…

Bromley Pageant of Motoring

Bromley Pageant of Motoring is back! In partnership with Classics World, we’re delighted to announce that The Bromley Pageant of Motoring will be returning on the 27th of July 2025 to the South of England Showground, Ardingly, West Sussex. This spacious venue offers all the facilities we need to stage a high quality car show for all the family, enabling us to bring Bromley Pageant of Motoring back to its former glory. And crucially, it’s outside London’s ULEZ with great access to the M23 near Gatwick Airport. Our new home will also allow us to offer camping on the Saturday evening. Along with a well-maintained venue we will also have use of the permanent car parks with excellent disability access, toilet blocks, drinking water taps and the Norfolk Pavilion for indoor trade stands in addition to the famous One Make Parking, club displays and outdoor trade and autojumble. With car clubs, special displays and entertainment, it’s bound to be a fabulous day out for all the family. Our new home will also allow us to offer camping for those booked with display vehicles on the Saturday evening so you can avoid the early start! The price is £10 plus booking fee per car. Each pass is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5-15 (under 5’s are free). You can buy additional tickets for passengers using your club access

CKL Track Day
August 19
We are excited to announce the dates for our 2025 Track Day events at Goodwood Motor Circuit on the 20 March and 19 August. It is a great opportunity for our customers to enjoy their cars on track in a convivial atmosphere. Lunch will be served trackside in the Jackie Stewart building, and there will be refreshments available downstairs throughout the day.
Both days are operated under Track Day rules with a 105db noise limit. Both Road and Race cars are welcome, helmets are available for hire and passengers are allowed. No competition license is required. If you would like to arrange a caoching session or ARDS test with one of our instructors, please let us know.
We advise signing up early as places are limited to ensure that everyone has plenty of tracktime.

Donegal Tour

Exclusive to the XK and E-type Clubs. In this tour you will travel to Donegal in North West Ireland, where the Wild Atlantic Way begins. This area of Ireland is steeped in Irish heritage, natural beauty and hidden gems. You will stay on Lough Eske for five nights and there are three road runs planned with plenty of points of interest to see along the way. We have built in one car-free day to allow you to explore under your own steam.

Goodwood Revival

One of the world’s most famous historic motorsport events, the Goodwood Revival will become the first of its kind to race entirely using sustainable fuels in 2024, and returns in 2025 to do it all again in its traditional late-summer, season-ending slot.

Asturias and Castles of Castille Tour
September 21-30
Asturias is a natural paradise in Northern Spain with astonishing roads through National Parks. After arriving in Santander by ferry, the tour will be based at a hotel close to Oviedo for the first four nights before crossing the mountains to Castille. Here amazing drives will take you to some of the most beautiful castles and palaces of this region of Spain.

CMC Technical Seminar
October 18

Award-winning classic car specialists since 1993, CMC have restored and maintained some of Jaguar’s most important road and race cars over the years.
Always a popular - and quickly booked - event, the day will consist of four absorbing and informative technical sessions, with coffee/tea on arrival, and a light buffet lunch.
Hosted by CMC at their Bridgnorth premises, the day will begin at 10am and finish around 4pm.

Technical Sessions include:
Panel:

Panel gapping and setting correctly, including shut lines, lock/latch setting effect of seals and how to achieve best shut lines/operation.

Correct assembly/build technique of Jaguar E type/XK and monocoque cars. And the importance of correct assembly/welding.

Welding methods and technique. Importance of correct procedure for a given panel.

Panel forming, wheeling and basic hand shaping.
Detailing/vehicle care:

Polishing and rejuvenation of old and modern paint finishes.

Detailing of interior, exterior, underside and wheels on classic and modern cars.

Spring Tour to Extremadura
March 15-25, 2026
